6 days of virtual training over the course of 9 months (July 7-9, 2021 and May 9-11, 2022), and monthly webinars (TBD – Sept. 2021 to April 2022)
Half day per week for individual project work in addition to the in-person sessions and webinars.

Registrants must submit an application form consisting of:
- Applicant information
- An abbreviated academic CV – 5 page maximum
- A personal statement, including examples of prior experiences with QI if available, and a description of how QI training will prepare applicant for a future academic career – 500 words maximum
- A letter of support from a department head or chief (or program director for trainees) on official letterhead with their contact information, confirming that the applicant works or trains in an academic institution where they will carry out a QI project as part of this course
