This poster presents a student project. Jeneen Massad is a Masters student at the University of Toronto studying Health Systems Research. Ioan Gronas is an undergraduate student at the University of Guelph studying biomedical Science. ​ ​ HumanEra is a healthcare safety research team, based at the University of Toronto and North York General Hospital, focused on improving patient safety and quality by using observational methods and systems engineering frameworks to identify and mitigate safety threats in healthcare processes.​
