01. A Multidisciplinary Quality Initiative to Address Delays in Initiating Post-Operative Radiotherapy in Head and Neck Cancer Patients

The project was co-lead by Madette Galapin, the Clinical Specialist Radiation Therapist for the Head and Neck site group; Dr Antoine Eskander, the Site Lead for the Head and Neck site group; and Dr Andrew Bayley, the Radiation Oncology Site Lead for the Head and Neck site group at the Odette Cancer Centre. The needs assessment and root cause analysis was done in collaboration with the American Head and Neck Society (AHNS) Value and Quality of Care Service Committee.
