Camille Borromeo Denbigh joins CQuIPS as the new Communications Specialist

Camille has always had a passion for connecting communities through communication, storytelling and sharing of knowledge.

After graduating with a degree in Communications and continuing her post-graduate studies in Public Relations, Camille began working at St. Michael’s hospital. She comes to CQuIPS from the Centre for Faculty development as their Education Coordinator, Communications and Community. There she was able to establish her skills and passion in healthcare, education and communications.

Through her work at CQuIPS, she strives to strengthen community connections in the QI world. “I love narratives. Especially in healthcare where impact is often measured in numbers. There’s that qualitative piece that is also incredibly meaningful. It is such a person-centered industry – and the patients aren’t the only people involved – the professionals are too. Healthcare professionals put so much of themselves in their work. I think it’s important to share what they are doing professionally to continuously improve our system and themselves – to learn from one another.”
In her role at CQuIPS, Camille looks forward to highlighting the exciting work throughout the QIPS community.
