How to Get Involved
Looking to join the CQuIPS community? There are many ways you can become involved with our education, programs and research.
Education
Our education programs provide learning opportunities for healthcare clinicians and administrators at all levels of QIPS knowledge. Our alumni become members of the CQuIPS community, supporting CQuIPS programs and activities.
Fellowship
Our Fellowship provides individuals the opportunity to further develop their QIPS experience, expertise and leadership. Fellows receive one-on-one support from CQuIPS mentors, become part of the Fellow community and are integrated into CQuIPS initiatives.
CQuIPS Membership
There are four categories of CQuIPS members – emeritus, core, affiliate and general – which reflect an individual’s level of involvement with the Centre. Membership includes various benefits including CQUIPS+ memberships, names, photos and bios on our website, promotion, support and mentorship opportunities.
Teaching
Our education programs depend on faculty, guest speakers and coaches to support learners.
CQUIPS+
Our CQUIPS+ community includes representation from across Canada. Join CQuIPS+ (one-time $50 fee for lifetime access) to get discounts to virtual learning opportunities and the ability to connect with other members at monthly speaker series events on relevant QIPS topics hosted by local and international experts.
TAHSN CoP
The TAHSN Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Community of Practice is a partnership between Toronto Academic Health Sciences Network (TAHSN) hospitals and Toronto-based QIPS-focused groups, organizations and institutions. The goal of the CoP is to leverage existing strengths and work together to support priority areas in our health system. Our three work streams are advancing equity through QIPS, enabling multisite QIPS initiatives through data and improving patient safety.
