The CQuIPS Quality Improvement (QI) Capacity Building program has a track record in partnering with integrated health systems to train individuals and teams to apply QI principles to advance quality-of- care priorities. CQuIPS co-designs and delivers training for diverse participant groups that span clinicians, community health workers, patients and caregivers and health system leaders working in acute, post-acute, primary and community-based care settings.”

- 8 hours (two half days or one full day)
- Up to 30 participants (additional cost for up to 40)
- Run by two CQuIPS facilitators with strong QI expertise and clinical backgrounds
- Hosted in person at your organization or virtually via Zoom
- Ability to co-design content and select from a menu of topics (see left side) to ensure relevance to your organization’s context and strategic priorities

All workshop facilitators are University of Toronto faculty members and frontline clinicians actively involved in care delivery who have a wealth of experience leading QI initiatives in multiple care settings.
